1. Suji French Fries Recipe:
The first step is to heat up a pan in medium flame and then we will add 1 cup of water even use any cup or bowl. After adding the water we will add 1 tsp of salt and we will add 1 cup of Suji or Semolina or Rava. The measuring cup of your water and Suji has to be the same. Now we will use a spoon and cook this until it starts leaving the sides of the pan. This step just takes it over 2 or 3 min depending upon the flame. Keep it medium flame. You will see how the Suji has started soaking up the water and just getting that thick and we will cook it until it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Now we will cover it and take it out. After covering it about 15-20 seconds. We will take it out on a Kneading plate and make a dough until it gets very smooth. Now roll it. For rolling we have to use a plastic sheet. Place the dough on a plastic sheet and cover them. Now start it’s rolling with the help of belan. Make it thick and thin. This is very similar to Potato French Fries guys. Now take it and cutting it about 1cm like thick strip. Now fry it until it will become golden.

2. Soup Recipe:-
Taking a Kadai and taking 1lt of water. Along with water, we have to add the vegetables. Taking the vegetables like Carrots, Beans, Mushroom, Peels, Cabbage, Tomato slice, Capsicum, Onion. You can use any vegetables that you have available. Then cover it. After about 15-20 min soup we will get the flavour. You will see all the vegetables are well done and look like a different kind of colour. Now we will turn off the flame and now take a bowl and colander. Now take a pan and add one teaspoon of oil. As the oil is getting hot we will add the ginger into it. Mix it very well. Add a few curry leaves. Not too much only 3-4 leaves. Now add the vegetables.
Use the chopped vegetables. So that vegetables do not sink when we serve it. We will add some Onion, Beans, Carrots, Mushroom, etc. Now fry the vegetables for about 2 min. You can also add salt and pepper. Mix it around 2-3 min. Now add Curry Powder, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup, half tsp of Soya Sauce and half tsp of Vinegar or add tsp of lemon juice. And fry this for than 1 min. After that adding water which we have a colander. This will be done about 2-4 min. 1tbsp of corn starch in water and dissolved it very well and then add into it. After adding continuously mix it. This will look very nice and tasty.

- Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
- Water – 4 tbsp
